Perfect for both families and couples who want to experience Copenhagen but live peacefully. The apartment is an independent part of a villa with its own entrance. There is a large and bright kitchen, two bedrooms, a new bathroom with bathtub and a workspace. Large garden with fruit trees, trampoline, swings and dining area. We live in the other part of the house. It is possible to purchase space for extra guests in the annex.

Pleasant basement room with a comfortable single bed , two good armchairs for lounging and reading , and a small desk for working, book case and room for clothes. Kitchenette with cooking facilities, refrigerator, microoven, toaster and electric kettle. - washing machine/drier, that you may use ONLY upon request :) I speak fluent English/French. German and understand Italian.

Outside, the house offers a large south-facing terrace with a pergola, a wilderness bath, a sauna, an outdoor shower and table tennis. Indoors, there is a cinema and billiards - perfect for both relaxation and fun. In addition, there are 4 bedrooms and 1 loft, so there is plenty of space for families and larger groups.
