We take great strides to make sure it is super clean and well maintained. Our goal is to provide a space for complete relaxation. The cottage and outdoor spaces are very private. This is a 2 bed 2 bath condo with outdoor pool, tennis courts, beautiful sound front views, full kitchen, washer/dryer, centrally located to many restaurants and shops, and is less than 1 mile to the beach. This condo is on the top floor so no noise from above. There is also nice bike trails by the condo that takes you directly to the Wrights Brothers Monument. Boat and trailer parking available.

The cottage stands along the oceanfront in quaint area of Kitty Hawk beach. Very small cottage limited to 2 guests. Remodeled and designed in vintage beach flair. The cottage reminds me of the way coastal homes used to be: simple ; yet, thougthfully integrated into the environment. Approximately 800 square ft. of intimate living space with spacious deck for getting closer to the sea and sky. I provide all the clean linens .Please have prior reviews and be over 29 years of age.
