Come escape to our tiny modern off grid cabin situated in the middle of our private 125 acre mountain top property which backs up to Pisgah National Forest. Wake up to soaring mountain views, hike all day on the Blue Ridge Parkway, grill out and make S'mores over the fire pit, and then roll open the glass garage door to fall asleep under the stars in a comfy bed...just 25 minutes to downtown Asheville! All well behaved dogs are welcome!
“Haley's off-grid, completely secluded cabin is just as described and pictured. It was absolutely perfect! The cabin sits on top of a ridge so we had sunset views that we were able to watch from the two-person swing and sunrise views the next morning, looking out from the bed. We had perfect weather, cool summer temps and low humidity, so we were able to enjoy almost all of the special features of this lovely place. The fire pit area was nice, we cooked our dinner over the open flame and spent a large part of the night sitting around the fire. The garage door remained open with the exception of when we were asleep. Loved the open-air feel! Had it been just a bit warmer, we would have left it open all night long. The only part of the cabin we weren't able to experience was the outside shower which was a bit disappointing. Not sure if the rain water reservoir was empty or if it just wasn't working properly? Could have used the solar bag shower but I don't think that would have been the same "experience". All in all it was an amazing trip and the cabin offers so many opportunities for special memories to be made. Will definitely be back again!!”
Beautiful, cozy and quiet.
“Wow!! It’s incredible how you can be in the middle of a city and yet feel like you’ve got so much privacy! This is such a beautiful and unique space and property. The outdoor spaces are awesome! Jakub and Maria were great hosts and very helpful with questions beforehand. You WON’T be disappointed!”
Walk back past tall trees, over a small wooden bridge with built-in love seats. Massage tired feet on a polished river-rock shower floor. This rustic 2-story cottage, dating back over 100 years, has whitewashed stone walls and a wood-burning stove.
“This is a must stay! From its close proximity to downtown Asheville, the comfy bed and amazing shower, to the Airbnb’s unique style and charm —this space had all the makings for a perfect overnight. The kind host’s attention to detail throughout is impeccable, and we loved learning the origin of this one-of-a-kind property.”
