Aran Villas is a renovated half a century old house — turned into a restful retreat house that is best described in architecture as a Mid-century modern home. Modern construction materials & methods have been used to revive the house. Natural elements such as stone, bricks and wood were used everywhere, all windows and some doors were from the old house. Different designer furniture pieces can be found. Although-out the Villa. It is located near the river of Suso connecting to its beach.

The unit is comfortable for 6, but can accommodate 8 - 2 on extra mattresses. There's a bar/ counter that doubles as the dining table. The place has a veranda which has a great view of Burnham park's Athletic Bowl. There's a parking slot for one car, the place has a guard too. Fiber wifi is newly installed at the unit. The building is beside the main road - so street noise can be heard in your unit. Near restaurants, the park, etc - you won't lack for anything interesting to do/ go to.
