“The property was sparkling clean, modern and extremely comfortable. Eddie and Hilary made us feel very welcome. The location of the property was down a quiet road and was in walking distance from the shops and a pub and only 10 minutes from the centre of Poole and Wimbourne. Highly recommend to couples.”
This is a spacious double room in our family home. There is very limited parking on the driveway with easy parking on adjacent roads. We have 2 miniature dachshunds who are always pleased to make friends with new people. The bathroom is shared with one other person and has a power shower as well as a lovely free standing bath. The kitchen is available for guests to prepare drinks and breakfast. There is very limited refrigerated storage should it be needed.
“Angela's place is a bargain. We stayed there for 6 nights. Our room was super clean and cosy with plenty of storage space for clothes and bags. Although on a main road the double glazed windows kept the noise completely out (and I'm usually a very light sleeper!). Nothing was too much trouble for Angela and Alan. They made space in their fridge for our food, offered us some milk when we ran out and even gave us a bowl of Alan's special recipe chilli con carne. Highly recommended.”
Set in the heart of beautiful little village of Hinton Martell, 3 miles from the historic town of Wimborne, in the heart of the country side With far reaching picturesque countryside views, it is also no more than a half an hour drive from the Jurassic Coast where you will find many stunning beaches set along the South West Coast Path. Dorset has a well-deserved reputation for eateries, from award-winning pubs and seafood restaurants to tearooms from a by-gone era.
“This place is a hidden gem and perfect for exploring the local area. Simon and Wi are excellent hosts making us feel most welcome as soon as we arrived. The annex is beautiful yet quirky and a perfect space for a relaxing weekend. We had a lovely time and hope to be back soon.”
