Gold Standard! Sweet Water Reef Resort is on the Caribbean Ocean, more specifically a kayak paddle away from the second largest reef in the world and nestled within a protected reserve. Our property features paddleboards, kayaks, bicycles, and housekeeping. Rooms are equipped with king or queen beds, TV, private bathroom, air conditioning, bed linens, towels, mini-fridge, kettle, and WIFI. The Reef suites feature their own private patios where you can hear the reef roaring in the distance.

The penthouse! Very private. AC. Fast Wi-Fi

Huge private deck on the top floor. Breezy and cool. Relax in your hammock and listen to the birds. Very private. There are over 100 trees on the property and 30 species of birds. Think urban nature reserve! The full kitchen is in a separate building. It is a great place to cook or meet other guests! We are a 3 minute walk to the beach, shops and restaurants. This is a very popular room! Spend at least 5 nights in San Pedro. There is a lot to do! Laundry service available.

The rental includes, romantic queen bed, kitchen with brand new fridge, oven, microwave, desk. Outdoor livening and dining area overlooking the ocean. Downstairs an outdoor kitchen with BBQ. The ocean side of villa faces the ocean and has a continuous ocean breeze through glass shutters.
