Claire's House is located in the heart of Chassagne-Montrachet, a world-renowned wine producing village located in a cluster of villages that constitute the Côte de Beaune.

Independent apartment

The independent apartment of 37 m2 is located in the city center of Chagny, on the 1st floor of our home. It has a bedroom with sheets, bathroom with towels, a living room with a sofa, 3 ceiling fans, and mosquito nets. The kitchen is equipped with an oven + microwave, fridge, espresso machine. There are all the shops nearby, the Sunday morning market 90 m away, the train station 200 m away, the Lameloise restaurant is 120 m away, as well as other restaurants.

At the foot of the vines

Newly renovated 30 m2 apartment in the heart of the Puligny-Montrachet vineyard, renowned for its great wines. A swimming pool is available from June to the end of August, with a view of the vineyards. Access is through the garage door next to the flat. You can enjoy going for walks, and there is a barbecue available, followed by a quiet drink. Closed courtyard for your vehicle. A key box is available for your autonomy. It has an incredible view of Place Carnot and even the Hospices bell tower. We have completely renovated and decorated it with quality noble materials. Two modern bikes (M-F) with helmets are available free of charge during the stay.

Welcome to our 120 m² CHARMING COTTAGE with panoramic views of the Hautes Côtes de Nuits vineyards and a 2000 m² garden. It dates from the 19th century and was completely renovated in 2015. Outbuildings will allow you to store your bikes safely and securely. This cottage has been awarded the "Vignobles & Découvertes" label. It is perfectly insulated to accommodate you comfortably in SUMMER and WINTER.
