Beautiful 4* cottage with pool, quiet.

In the heart of Corrèze, 25 minutes from Brive-la-Gaillarde, 15 minutes from Collonge la Rouge, Meyssac, close to Argentat, Beaulieu sur Dordogne, Aubazine and its Monks' Canal and many other sites to see, come and recharge your batteries in peace, observe the aerial meetings of the swallows (yes yes!!) and enjoy the pool. This former inn, renovated in 2022, rated 4*, offers a beautiful space with its 45 m2 living room, 48 m2 suspended terrace and shaded area under the terrace.

Bright and comfortable quiet house (3 stars)

Maison contemporaine très spacieuse avec une jolie vue sur la campagne, au calme et à la fois proche des commodités (500 m des commerces). Pièce principale climatisée. Classée 3 étoiles en meublé de tourisme. Idéalement située à une vingtaine de minutes de Sarlat, Lascaux, les Eyzies, la Dordogne et la Vézère et à 5 mn des jardins d'Erignac. La maison dispose de 3 chambres dont une avec un bureau pour faire éventuellement du télétravail. La literie est très confortable.

Very quiet with a superb unobstructed view of the racecourse and the Château de Pompadour, it is located 350 meters from the entrance of the racecourse, 850 meters from the shops, the castle, the stud farm and its equestrian facilities. Clear and quiet apartment on the ground floor of a large house. upstairs RBNB home. You have a large living room with fitted kitchen. living area with sofa bed. Access to large south-facing terrace. Bedroom with shower. Gas central heating. Very good thermal and sound insulation. Fiber access good reception. In the countryside 4 km from Chamberet all shops. 20 minutes TO 20 minutes and Uzerche. 50 mins to Limoges and Brive. simple place for simple people

Le Pigeonnier, atypical gîte in Périgord
