Our gite is less than 500m from the Bort les Orgues lake on the River Dordogne. You can enjoy your stay in the middle of nature and all the activities we have to offer. Cycling, kayaks (for hire), fishing, swimming, hiking/walking (there are more than 50km of walking routes departing from the gite.) Close to La Bourboule, Le Sancy and the chain of volcanoes.

Welcome to the Studio @ SAGE, a charming apartment in an old mill. We want to be up front that, like many older buildings, there are occasional quirks and imperfections.
