The structure is independent, surrounded by nature with large spaces, garden, barbecue, shower and laundry. Also unique is its view of the harbor, the city center and Corsica, which is only 8 km away via the Strait of Bonifacio, and the in-house car electric charging station, which charges 2 e-bikes and 3 bicycles.
