This space will be a HOME FOR YOU! All 3 bedrooms with air-conditioning, an excellent advantage for an extremely hot city during the summer. I accept pets (small).

Cozy chalet in the Venâncios neighborhood, with all the structure for our guests to enjoy moments of tranquility in a corner with a mountain climate and a beautiful view of Serra da Mantiqueira. Since 2020, we have opened the doors of our Chalet so that others can feel the connection with the Mantiqueira mountains and Nature. And each new guest is a new friend who comes to visit us. We are very happy to realize our dream and be able to share it with others.

My place in Maresias

Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay. New House (work completed on 11/2022). Dead-end, safe street. + Pet Place. There is a water filter in the house. I, the owner, reside in the house next door. It's not on the same plot of land, nor is it a condominium. As of March, I can also rent monthly if anyone is interested.
