Lovely mediterranean house, modern designed, in a unique environment, between sea and vineyard. Nice to stay with family or friends. Ideal for having fun in Sitges, enjoy the seaside, visit Barcelona and Garraf area. Booking from saturday to saturday from 30 of June to 1st of September. Total capacity 10 guests (8 +2) in 4 + 1 separate bedroom. Checkin as from 4pm. checkout before 10am. Copies of all guests' IDs will be requested to be sent to local authorities (mandantory in Catalunia/Spain)

You will love my place because of its the people, the outside areas, the neighborhood, the atmosphere and the light. My accommodation is perfect for couples, adventurers, business travelers, and families (with children). The apartment is on the ground floor in a very exclusive residential district of Sitges, with a big swimming pool and a kiddie pool. From the apartment, you just need to go down the stairs to reach the beach of the Aiguadolç marina. There is a restaurant on the beach

LEGAL HUTB - Apartment in Sitges with incredible ocean views, 10 meters from the beach. Living room, 2 double bedrooms, 1 bathroom with bathtub and bidet. Fully equipped kitchen. TV. 30 m2 of private garden in front of the sea. Patio of 15 m2 with plants, which gives brightness and life. Pool and a/ac. The secondary room has two single beds. Can get under the other one, freeing up room in the room. Baby cot if necessary and tb work table and chair if essential.
