Full kitchen with gas stove, microwave, toaster oven, coffee maker, refrigerator and all the kitchen essentials. Bathroom has tile flooring and a tile shower, but no bathtub. It's a large private studio with a little nook area for the comfy queen bed. Large desk for working! The large, fully fenced, sunny patio is yours to enjoy. The space is completely private both inside and outside.

We have installed front door ring camera, a driveway blink camera, on the side of the house, and backyard. Your stay also includes a bottle of wine.
