In the heart of the village of Etretat (at 350m or less than 5 minutes walk from the beach and its famous cliffs !) this house of 60 square meters dating from 1875 (renovated in 2020), typical of Etretat will allow you to spend a charming and comfortable stay. I fell in love with this house and its southwest orientation that allows you to enjoy the sun from the very beginning of the afternoon until evening. Very bright, you just have to put down your suitcases and enjoy your stay !

Located 5 Minutes walk from the city center, 15 Minutes walk from the beach and close to a small square with many food shops, house of 65m2 with small terrace. On the ground floor, fitted kitchen, on the living room. Upstairs, bathroom, bedroom and living room. The sleeping area is located on the garden side to enjoy the perfect tranquility. For parking, there are free spaces in front of the house or other nearby spaces with a parking disc that I make available.
