The 4-person cottage (85 m2) is located on the property, on a landscaped and enclosed garden of almost 2 hectares. On the ground floor: entrance, living room (TV, fireplace), toilet, large fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher. Maison du meunier for a stay in absolute calm!

In the hollow of the Risle valley bordered by forests, near the charming village of La Ferrière sur Risle, the miller's house is located on the Moulin à Tan property, occupied by the owners. The large fully enclosed grounds guarantee absolute calm, the valley is classified as "Natura 2000". The house, rated 4 stars, renovated and equipped with all comforts, is the former home occupied by the millers when the mill was in operation from the 18th to the beginning of the 20th century.

The library is at your disposal and you will benefit from many amenities (barbecue, garden furniture, deckchairs, dishwasher, washing machine, etc.). The sea is a stone's throw away (30-minute walk, 2 km drive) and beautiful walks on foot or by bike will allow you to discover the Pays de Caux (GR21, marked trails).
