We live in Santa Lucia Park, a residential area of St Raphael. Our villa and this small house are in a large, quiet garden, 2 steps from the sea (3-minute walk). The setting is very pleasant, relaxing. It is not overlooked. Everything is done to have a 100% relaxing stay. Palm trees, turtles, cats, shade, sun, swimming pool (to share)...

Located 400 meters from Les Issambres beach, by an almost pedestrian path, our house was renovated this winter. On a plot of 1000 m2, with its private swimming pool, it is located at the top of the plot which gives it absolute calm. It is fully equipped. You will spend a dream vacation in a charming house called La Petite. La Petite measures 60 m2 but it is very well laid out, especially since in summer in the south, we live outside.

The house has 6 rooms ( 1 single, 3 doubles, 1 triple (1 double bed and 1 single bed) and 1 room with bunkbed for 2 persons and a baby bed, 3 bathrooms, a dining living room with seaview, a balcony with seaview, a terrace and a fully equipped kitchen.
