This exceptional apartment is located on the 4th floor of an apartment building on the Promenade des Anglais, i.e. literally just a few steps from the beach. The apartment has a large living/dining room with an open kitchen as well as 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and a large terrace. The interior is stylish-casual. The spacious terrace faces the sea and has sun (almost) all day. To the city center it is a 15 minutes walk or 5 minutes by streetcar. Bienvenue!

To access our place, you will drive on the famous « Corniche d’or », a golden cliff road which is one of the most beautiful panoramic road in Europe. This road is surrounded by the ESTEREL hills ; a volcanic redstone elevation covered with a wild forest of oak, Mimosa, and Maritime Pine trees.

Even without a car, you can visit the French Riviera, from Cannes to Monaco by train or bus! 2 private parking spaces on site. Private swimming pool. In town but quiet, air-conditioned, residential area, 10/15 minutes walk from all amenities: sea, bars and restaurants, shops of Cros-de Cagnes, train and bus. NO NOISE OR MUSIC AFTER 10 P.M.

Our house is located in the old town on the Promenade des Anglais facing the sea. In the living room or on the balcony you can enjoy a beautiful sea view. The house has 6 rooms ( 1 single, 3 doubles, 1 triple (1 double bed and 1 single bed) and 1 room with bunkbed for 2 persons and a baby bed, 3 bathrooms, a dining living room with seaview, a balcony with seaview, a terrace and a fully equipped kitchen.

Magnificent apartment on the Promenade des Anglais. The apartment is located on the 4th floor with elevator and has a superb view of the entire bay of Nice. 8 min from the city center by Tram 2. Direct access from the airport by Tram 2, 15min. PARKING possible with supplement. Arrival time 3pm-6pm (supplement 30€ for late arrivals). Departure time before 11am.
