This peaceful home offers a relaxing stay for the whole family. terrace with views, ideal for relaxing evenings, private pool, barbecue and pizza oven, fenced grounds, swing. 10 minutes by car from shops (supermarkets and local shops) 15 minute drive from the town of Puy en Velay and its treasures many nature walks possible (lakes ,waterfalls, character villages...) accommodation not suitable for pmr standards and 1 bedroom with basement bathroom

This special place is close to everything, making it easy to plan your visit. Close to the departures of St Jacques de Compostelle and Stevenson. In the city (5 minutes from the city center of Puy by car, 2 minutes from the shopping center) while being in the countryside. Large heated pool (from mid or late May when the weather permits and until September 25) (and shared) and spa, boules court and soccer field. Looking forward to meeting you!!!

Quiet duplex – free parking

Charming 85 m² duplex in a quiet area 5 minutes (by car) from the centre of Le Puy-en-Velay, also served by buses (line 4). We occupy the other part of the house during your stay (separate entrances). Sheets and towels are provided. Free private parking next to the house. Ideal for a couple and up to 4 people (one double bed + 2 extra mattresses in the common area). Feel free to ask to stay for one night; it is sometimes possible.

Ideally located, 15 minutes from Puy en Velay (Unesco classified), and 15 minutes from the Mezenc ski area. 18-hole golf course 1 km away Interior of the house is neat, with all the necessary amenities for a short or long stay. from summer 2021, baby gate with secure curtain.

Large covered terrace facing south with Jacuzzi only available from June 15 to September 15.
