Welcome to this carefully renovated house from the 1890s with a modern kitchen and toilet/shower. On the plot, there is also a converted barn with kitchen, hot and cold summer water and air heat pump. The shower is outside and a earth toilet in a separate building. There are 5 beds in each building. The houses are relatively individual with large yard and several patios. It is about 250 meters to the jetty and swimming area where there is also a wood-fired sauna that is included in the rental. The place is good for both the family and the group of friends.

Thirty meters from the sea. Views over inlet from two terraces. And the jacuzzi. Six clean beds in three bedrooms. Downstairs: living room, kitchen, two bedrooms, sauna, bathroom and laundry room. Carpet: master bedroom, study and bathroom. Dining table for six inside and out. WiFi. Cable TV. Parking for two cars in carport. Walking distance to the ferries. Car 5 minutes, bike 10 minutes and walk 25 minutes to the city. Two canoes to rent. Mariehamn's most beautiful walking and jogging trail below the large terrace.

Welcome to experience magical sunsets over the sea, own shoreline with rocks and jetty, wood-fired sauna, hot tub, pleasant boat traffic at a reasonable distance and much more. The ice cream stand can be reached by kayak or by walking to Lemström's canal. Take a bus, bike, car or kayak to Mariehamn (10 km by car). The "lemlandsleden" hiking trail is a stone's throw from Solliden. For cliffs up to 10 meters and higher, Klosterviken is recommended (reached by kayak, car, 3.8km walk). Warm welcome

Nice house with own child-friendly farm

The house is centrally located about 1 km from the city center, in a quiet residential area with its own child-friendly plot. So close to everything, the harbor, shops, restaurants, the beach and mini golf. For the kids there is a sandbox, playhouse and doll-house. There is an electric sauna, wood-fired hot tub, gas grill, sun loungers. WiFi is available and Netflix. Pets are allowed. Made for 6 people, 2 developable extra beds left. Crib is available. Towels and bed linen are included.
