Holiday rentals with a patio in County Clare

My husband, toddler and I had a fantastic stay at Maura’s place. The house is cute and has everything you need. It a 15/20 mins walk to the village where there are a few pubs and restaurants. Maura was welcoming and kind. Full of tips about what to do locally, she even went as far as getting a stair gate so our toddler would be safe which was above and beyond. Couldn’t recommend more!

Would highly recommend this Airbnb. Great base to explore North Clare. Some beautiful coastal walks and local Lobster bar was fantastic. (Make sure you book in advance…was always busy). Easy access to Doolin for the Aran Islands and Cliffs of Moher, as well as exploring The Burren, which is other worldly and like nothing we’ve experienced before. And to come back to an Airbnb which was just so homely. A perfect size for a couple to just chill in the evening. The outdoor areas are lovely; we sat out in a sun trap on one day and it was really warm. If you get lucky with the weather, you’d be tempted to never leave. Carmel and her sisters were so friendly.

Sean was a great host. Very helpful and friendly and had even picked up a few groceries when I arrived. Lots of tv channels in the air BnB and very clean. Within 20 minute walking distance of the armada hotel and is in a stunning location. Would highly recommend.

We had a wonderful stay at Mary's. The place was perfect for our needs, with 2 nice bedrooms and a nice setup for the livingroom/kitchen/diner. All round a perfect stay for us. Would recommend to others.

The house is absolutely brilliant. There is two bedrooms in the house; one double room and a room with a single bed and a bunk bed. The house is beautifully kept with nice personal touches, there was a welcome pack with us and any issues with the house (dishwasher needed maintenance) were communicated in advance. The house is lovely and private and off the road but in walking distance to everywhere in town with parking right outside the house. Anytime we needed to contact Michelle she got back to us so quickly. We will definitely be using this house again! Great for families and friends.

Annie was such a gracious host. She answered all my questions and was very patient with my inquiries as a solo traveler and first-time visitor to Ireland.

This accommodation was perfect. We were five adults attending a family wedding which took place at the Hotel which was next door to this accommodation. We even walked into the hotel in the morning and paid for breakfast. The accommodation was immaculate and I would highly recommend it.

The house is comfortable and has everything a guest would need ... plentiful supplies of towels, bedlinen, kitchen utensils and cleaning products, etc. The location is peaceful, safe, relaxing and private with easy access to the main road. Close to the bus stop. Great view of the River Shannon. Unlike some rental properties, this house has the feel of being somebody's home. The owner was quick to respond and kept in touch.

We absolutely loved our stay! The house was immaculately clean, exceptionally comfortable, and perfectly located. Our host, Annmarie, was truly incredible! From the moment we booked, her communication was prompt and incredibly friendly. She provided detailed and clear instructions, and was always readily available to answer any questions. Annmarie was exceptionally helpful, offering flexible check-in and check-out times. Even after we checked out in the morning, she graciously allowed us to return in the evening to freshen up before our onward journey. Her generosity and kindness made our trip even more enjoyable.

Gorgeous house. So clean and cosy. Alison is an excellent host, messaged us with all we needed to know about the house before we got there. She left homemade bread and eggs for when we arrived, and she even picked up and dropped off our bags to and from the ferry! The house is in a great location, lovely pub down the road for food drinks and music. 15 mins walk to the village. Highly recommend!! Wish we could have stayed longer!

We had an amazing stay at this lovely AirBnB. The place was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described – we felt right at home from the moment we arrived. The hosts were incredibly friendly, helpful, and welcoming, making the check-in process smooth and stress-free. They were also easy to communicate with throughout our stay and made sure we had everything we needed. The home itself was well-kept and had all the amenities for a relaxing getaway. Check-out was just as smooth as check-in. We couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay and would absolutely recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable spot.

I would be very good at the house. Very welcoming and with everything you need for a stay. Everything is perfect and with everything you need to be in comfort. Excellent location for downtown. Host always attentive to osensaes.

The property was just perfect for our family vacation to Ireland. The place was exactly as described and really convenient. It’s close to everything. Kitchen was well equipped and the rooms were spacious. Lots of great memories for us!

This house is so spacious, comfortable, clean, bright, modern and peaceful. It is a bit away from the main village, but there are plenty of taxi's. Michael, who collected us from the airport was so helpful and even stopped by the local shop for us to stock up. He made sure we knew how everything worked in the house. We had a lovely tour of the island by local man Tommy, who was very knowledgable and was so giving with his time. Then Mairtin, who is fun and a character took us back to the airport on our return home This is a perfect house for a family or a large gathering of people. I would highly recommend this house.

Brid and her sister Agnes are delightful. Very helpful in local recommendations. We were on a working trip, doing surveying work so the house was perfect for us, ideally located and could accommodate the survey team. There is an extraordinary thing right beside the house.....a Chinese Takeaway! It is located in the local store. I have travelled all over the world including many countries in Asia and I have never had Hot and Sour soup like this. It is worth going to Shanagolden just for this. Also the local restaurant/bar staff were truly amazing. If you go, ask for Freddy. We went for work, I would go back for the Craic

Fiona was very responsive. Her place was so beautiful and felt very homey. I loved the location. Looking out over the ocean was incredible. It was also an easy walk into town. Kinvara is enchanting. You’d be lucky to stay here.

The apartment is in a postcard area: through the walkway on the Shannon River you can easily reach the center, where many nice places are located. One night we had dinner at O'Donovan (in Ballina, across the river): highly recommended! Walking along the convenient bike path to the north, in about 3km you reach the entrance to the trails of the Ballycuggaran Forest, from which the view of Lake Derg leaves you speechless; it is a trail running paradise. In the apartment there is everything you need and even more: washing machine, kitchen with every comfort including dishwasher, two comfortable and very well-stocked bathrooms... and if in the evening it rains too much to go out (or you are too tired), in the living room you can relax on two comfortable sofas watching streaming content (there are Apple TV and Internet). In short: a jewel! Thanks guys ;-)

We absolutely loved our stay with Kieran. The place was immaculate, comfortable and really peaceful. We had everything we needed. The bed was very comfortable and we slept very well. Being so close to the village was really great also!

Cormac’s apartment is absolutely beautiful – modern, spacious, and tastefully furnished. We felt right at home from the moment we arrived. It’s the perfect base to explore the stunning area around Doolin, including the Cliffs of Moher and the Burren. You can start the cliff walk just a few minutes from the house or drive to the Cliffs in about 10 minutes. The surrounding landscape is some of the most beautiful we’ve ever seen. Cormac was a fantastic host – very helpful and welcoming throughout our stay. We would’ve loved to stay longer and hope to come back someday!

Excellent location in the town of Killaloe. Accomodations were wonderful with amazing views.

We are Kilkee regulars and have stayed in lots of different places there over the years, we have never felt more comfortable and at home than we have in Linda's place. The house is spotlessly clean and newly renovated so everything we perfect. The kids loved the double bunk beds because they both could have the top bunk! Location is perfect too, short stroll from the beach. Highly recommend and will definitely look to stay again.
