Bill was an amazing host and incredibly welcoming. His home is positively cosy and unique. It felt like visiting a family friend. He gave us suggestions on where to visit in the area, which were most welcomed. Breakfast in the morning was absolutely outstanding: fresh fruits from the garden chopped up into an amazing fruit salad, creamy yogurt, freshly squeezed orange juice, strong coffee, home made jams, antipasto and delicious breads and croissants. Certainly made us feel like royalty! Also thoroughly enjoyed meeting Maggie and Izzy, the resident black dogs and official greeting party.

The location was perfect for our hiking holiday and not too far from killarney. The owners where great at communicating to us and where very helpful in dealing with our late check in

We loved Ina’s cottage! Perfect size for the two of us! The surrounding area is just picture perfect and their sweet little doggie Coco made us right at home! Would recommend if you’re exploring West Cork!

Enjoyed our stay, a rural location which is a short drive to everything at the same time. we'll be back !!

We had an unforgettable stay at Helen’s beautiful Airbnb! The home was cozy, spotless, and perfectly located for a relaxing getaway. What truly set this experience apart, however, was Helen’s incredible kindness and compassion. On our first night, our dog ran off, and we were panicked. Helen immediately stepped in to help, going above and beyond to assist us in finding him. Thanks to her quick thinking and support, we were able to locate our dog safely. Helen is not just a host; she’s a true lifesaver and friend. If you’re looking for a stay where you’ll feel genuinely cared for, look no further. We’re so grateful for her hospitality and can’t wait to return!

I cannot recommend The Old Milking Stall (Tim and Barbara) enough!! I stayed there with my family for 4 days and it was more than we could imagine! Tim and Barbara themselves are so welcoming and helpful, they couldn’t be any nicer if they tried! They provide a thoughtful welcome hamper! And for their home it is gorgeous! So beautiful from the garden to the reading nook, it’s perfect for all! Their pet dogs being your friend is a bonus! If you need any help they are willing to do what they can from taxi advice to food recommendations! If you need a place to stay in Skibbereen, The Old Milking Stall is definitely the place to stay! Wonderful place to stay and take the Alpaca walk. The cottage was beautifully decorated, cozy, and well equipped. The view of the water and mountains is incredible, and the forest behind was magical. The snacks, milk, granola and French press coffee were such a nice touch!! I would highly recommend, and would love to go back! The hosts were wonderful and helpful in every way! 10 out of 10!

The Snug was so wonderful we didn't want to leave. Frances was warm, friendly and accommodating. She was attentive but never intrusive. The place had everything we needed plus. This cozy cottage would be some place we'd come back to and highly recommend it to others.

Arabella country lodge, wow what a beautiful place to stay! Super clean with everything and more that you would need. David & Martina were so welcoming and friendly and went above and beyond what we expected. If we are ever in Co Kerry again this will be the first place I look for availability. 10 stars all round ⭐️

I travelled here for a weekend with my two sons and would highly recommend John and Denise couldn't of been more helpful.lovely cabin comfortable beds spotlessly clean.tbe kids didn't want to leave a games room with table tennis, PlayStation,pool table, great to keep the kids entertained pizza oven available. it's the little things that made this great John lit the fire pit every night and supplied marshmallows for the kids toast,fresh eggs and milk straight from there own farm.the kids were invited to try milking the cows which they loved.i couldn't speak highly enough of this place and will definitely be back soon

Another great stay at Rory’s place. Fab host. Comfy and welcoming apt. Wonderfully situated for a semi working stay (academic research) but also super for visitors to explore the peninsulas and Kerry/Killarney region. Missed Grumpy Cat, but it was lambing season so it was nice to hear them all and about :) Rory is a super duper host!

The peaceful surroundings made it a perfect retreat, yet it was conveniently located just a short drive from Bantry and Glengarriff, making it easy to explore the area. Beautiful cottage, nestled away in the mountains of west Cork. Would definitely recommend. Patti and Chris were so friendly and inviting and helpful with local recommendations. The cottage was spotless with every amenity you could need. The hot tub was definitely a highlight for us.

Mike was the most hospitable host. This accommodation was brilliant! I would stay there again in a heartbeat! Everything you need and more. Bonus points, it was in a beautiful part of Ireland. Such a gem!!

The cottage was absolutely spectacular, and exactly as described - located just inside Killarney National Park, the grounds are beautiful and it's an easy walk (or short drive) to local restaurants, shops, the INEC, and Killarney town center. The cottage itself was gorgeous and very well appointed, and we very much appreciated the small touches - some coffee, tea, and biscuits for us to enjoy! We met Eileen just after check-in, where she gave us a quick but thorough tour of the cottage and shared some great conversation about the area and the event we were in town for. Thank you so much, Eileen & John, for an excellent week and we'd love to be back!

I honestly have not had a better stay anywhere else. Jill’s home is amazing and in a perfect location for hiking and vacationing in the Dingle Peninsula. The cottage was well equipped with provisions for weary travelers. We felt at home and enjoyed cozy nights by the fireplace making great memories. Our only regret is not staying longer. We will definitely be back!
