Our large newly refurbished contemporary cottage consists of 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. 2 bedrooms are on the ground floor with a double bed in each and the master bedroom is upstairs with a queen bed. Large kitchen/living area that opens out to a large patio area with furniture for summer BBQs. There is a large garden and a private driveway. New Gym and patio added for 2025. We are located 10 minutes from Malahide Village which is renowned for its upmarket pubs, restaurant and seafront walks.

Lovely apartment in quiet area with access to garden. There is a very comfortable single bed. There is a park out front and playing fields behind the property. Full bathroom and well-equipped separate kitchen with everything you need for cooking. The apartment is 6.5 km from Trinity College and convenient transport links are very close by - buses going directly to the city centre are 1 minute and 4 minutes walk away respectively. The trip to the city centre takes 30-40 mins outside rush hour.
