The property dates from 1906 and still contains authentic elements such as old panel doors and stained glass windows. The apartment is accessible via a staircase and covers 2 floors. It is therefore not suitable for people with walking difficulties. Suitable for 2 people, no pets allowed.

The living area consists of a spacious fully equipped kitchen with adjoining living room (including sofa bed). Both rooms can be separated or connected by a double glass door. You can row on the Water Rower in the WZ and then let yourself be pampered on the massage seat.

Between Vechte and the Alte-Picardie Canal lies Emlichheim on the Dutch border. Many bike paths and hiking trails make this region a popular recreation area. Simply feel good and relax.
