Our 80 sqm apartment has one bedroom with a double bed and direct access to the barrier-free bathroom with a walk-in shower. The living area consists of a spacious fully equipped kitchen with adjoining living room (including sofa bed). Both rooms can be separated or connected by a double glass door. You can row on the Water Rower in the WZ and then let yourself be pampered on the massage seat.

Die Wohnung befindet sich in einem Doppelhaus in der 1. Etage, direkt an der Ems, angrenzend an einen Wald. In unmittelbarer Nähe liegt außerdem der Emsauenpark (<100m), das Naturschutzgebiet Lohner Sand (<300m) und die Innenstadt (1km).

The promenade, the historic town hall and the cathedral square with its legendary market that stands on Wednesdays and Saturdays are only about a 15-minute walk away.
