Possibility of a crib and extra bed. Living room, dining room, and integrated kitchen. Full bathroom with shower and another small toilet. Kitchen equipped with a refrigerator, washing machine, dishwasher, microwave, oven, ceramic hob, and all the kitchenware. Bed linen and towels, hair dryer, etc. Heating with a pellet stove.

It is located within the urban area of Muriel de la Fuente, and you can visit the Natural Monument of La Fuentona on foot. A few kilometers away, you can walk through one of the best-preserved juniper forests on the planet, El Sabinar, and also visit Calatañazor, declared a National Historic-Artistic treasure. Don't forget to taste the delicious 'torreznos' (pork scratchings) of Soria!

House with a very well-kept double garden, with a barbecue area and another with grass for sunbathing. Includes complimentary weekend breakfast. 2 Free parking spaces. Very quiet development, 100 meters from the golf course clubhouse, with cafeteria, restaurant and swimming pool. 15 minutes from Logroño, an ideal place to tour La Rioja. Located in a forest area for hiking trails to Neveras de Sojuela and mountain biking. Travel crib. NO PETS.

The surroundings are beech, holly, pine, birch and oak forests; it is ideal for hiking. It has a greenway, old mining railroad, rivers and a reservoir. This is our second residence.
