This special place is a stones throw from all the local attractions, buzzing street bars and every type of restaurant to suit those lovers of gastronomy delights. This newly renovated grade 2 listed apartment is surrounded by striking period architecture, the building itself originally dates back to circa 1600. It is said to have been the home of Richard Quiney, a contemporary of Shakespeare.

Our little guest house is perfect for a couple wishing to explore the local area. 5 minutes from Solihull, 10 minutes from the NEC and airport 15 minutes to Birmingham City Centre 20 minutes to Warwickshire 50 minutes to the Cotswolds There is a private entrance via a shared garden, a small kitchen and living room. A cosy bedroom with king-size bed and bathroom. There is also a sofa-bed suitable for little ones in the living room. Guests can use the courtyard to the side of the apartment.

The annexe is located next to our home in the beautiful village of Snitterfield. It is situated on the site of Shakespeare's father's estate. The bedroom has a 4ft 6" double bed, mirror and wardrobe. The bathroom is modern with shower and there are complimentary toiletries for you along with towels. The living area has a breakfast bar, microwave and fridge with freezer compartment and a seating area with TV and Wifi. There will be milk, coffee, tea and sugar for you on arrival.
