This was my 𝗯𝗿𝗶𝗴𝗵𝘁 family apartment on the 𝗲𝗱𝗴𝗲 of the historic 𝗰𝗲𝗻𝘁𝗲𝗿. It’s on the 𝟱th and 𝘁𝗼𝗽 𝗳𝗹𝗼𝗼𝗿 of a small building (elevator to the 4th floor + one flight of stairs) in a quiet residential area. For me, it’s a calm corner with a view of the hills and the rooftops. We renovated it recently, keeping the warmth of a real home, hoping you’ll feel part of the city. The sunsets from the entry window are a small extra touch — something I hope will stay with you.

Elegant accommodation in an historic building in medieval castle style, equipped with every comfort. Overlooking the Tuscan hills, in a quiet residential neighborhood very close to the historic center. Well connected by public transports and 20 minutes walk from the main monuments. Outside the caos of the historic center, you will be into the authentic Florentine life. Downstairs you will find an excellent and elegant pastry shop, groceries, typical trattorias and a big supermarket.

Quiet and comfortable bright studio, with exclusive and covered parking space on the basement of the building, really comfortable in a city with few parking lots and all for a fee! Green area near the Lungarno gardens and the bike path. Air conditioning, Wi-Fi. Well connected to the centre, which can be reached in fifteen minutes by public transport (bus stop outside the building), and five minutes from the A1 Florence South motorway exit. The apartment is cozy and very bright. Completely renovated in 2019. The historic center, 4 km away, can be easily reached in 15 minutes by bus; the stop is below the house. Access and "check-in" are carried out independently by the guest without time restrictions (starting at 3:00 p.m. on the day of arrival) The apartment, located on the fourth floor with elevator, consists of: kitchen, bedroom with double bed, bedroom with two single beds, living room and bathroom.

Poggiolieto Studio - on hills 10' from city center

Poggiolieto is on the hills just 10 minutes far by car from the Historical center of Florence. The property is a tipical Tuscan country house surrounded by olive trees. The Studio is a two levels open space apartment; swimming pool in spring and summer time; private parking. The house is in a strategic location to be close enough for visiting Firenze's artistic city centre, but be in the peace of the countryside at home with garden and swimming pool.

The Tower

Ancient Tuscan villa, beautiful, with exclusive private garden, completely renovated, surrounded by the beautiful and gentle Tuscan hills. The villa has a breathtaking view, is very sunny, well furnished and equipped with all amenities, quiet and not isolated. The house is located in Bagnolo, a small hamlet of Impruneta at the gates of Chianti, an area of olive groves, vineyards and peace. The house is about 10 km by car from the center of Florence.

The Terrace

The Terrace is formed by a double-room in two floors, recently completely renovated and decorated with style. It is located in Settignano, a small neighborhood 6 km from the center of Florence with bus n.10 which end of line is only 50 meters from the access gate of the house. In 15 minutes you can easily reach the center of the city. Beside the gate there s the bar Vida, always full of delicious pastries and fresh tramezzino sandwiches.

The roof terrace

The roof terrace is located on the third and top floor, without a lift (where the brave dare) of a small building in the lively Sant'Ambrogio neighborhood, just steps from all the city's major attractions. From the terrace, you can enjoy views of the city's rooftops, including Brunelleschi's dome and the synagogue's dome. The apartment was completely renovated in the summer of 2022 to offer you the best possible accommodation.
