The stables have been lovingly refurbished and boast wood fired hot tub, beams, woodburner, luxurious bathroom - roll top bath and rain shower and a large well equipped kitchen. There are many lovely spots to enjoy; meadow for sundowners, private 1 mile walk - perfect for dog owners, fenced garden with barbecue and fire pit for star gazing.

It's beautiful, spacious and peaceful set in the conservation area of Crantock. There's great views from the property with lots of beauty spots near by. It's a short walk to Crantock beach with Polly Joke beach not far, so great for walking, swimming, surfing, fishing, kayaking or just lying on the beach. There are three pubs with good food a great Italian restaurant and a well stocked shop a short walk away. You'll also be well located here mid way on the coast for touring all of Cornwall.

The cottage is alongside our bungalow at Pentire, with parking on the driveway. Your entrance is separate and secure. The gate opens onto an undercover deck and into an open plan kitchen lounge dining area with 55 " smart TV. The bedroom has a king-size bed built in a wardrobe and 1.5 ensuits. High-speed internet. 20 min walk to town.

This original fisherman’s cottage is tucked away in a prime location near the Harbour on one of the oldest streets in Newquay. It’s slap bang between Fistral and the Town beaches, Sainsburys is close by, and it avoids the noise of pubs and clubs. Our cottage has been lovingly restored. Being in the countryside it is perfect place to relax and unwind. The cottage is a mile away from the stunning National Trust beaches of Crantock and Holywell bay and 4 miles from Newquay. There are great walks from right outside the front door. Activities such as surfing, coast steering and SUP are within easy reach at the local beaches.
