The cottage is set in the walled kitchen garden, as well as having shared access to grounds of the main house, the swimming lake and woodland that forms the Trenoweth Estate. it is a mix of fabulously simple and rustic with all mod cons. An Enjoy England 4-star Gold Award, Grade II listed quaint Cornish cottage. Built from local granite, with beautiful views of the sea and the local mining heritage. Original features can still be found in the cottage such as a large inglenook fireplace in the sitting room. There are two cosy bedrooms, sleeping a total of 3 guests. The front bedroom has a King-size bed complete with a luxury Hypnos mattress. The smaller back bedroom has a single divan bed with a pocket sprung mattress.

Keynvor is a bright, airy barn conversion in a small farm complex which formerly belonged to the National Trust. The farmhouse dates from the 1650s and the barns from the 19th century. The garden affords fabulous ocean views, and is a sun trap when the weather co-operates. There is a gentle 10-15 minute walk through woodland to the nearest beach, which is on the South West Coast Path, and it is possible to walk to Falmouth or Helford Passage along the coast.
