Please note, Wellness is not included in the price. The “Charmes du Velupont” cottage is located in the picturesque village of Avennes in the heart of the Hesbaye region. This area is known for its rich vegetation and for its cultural and historical heritage. The cottage is overlooking the Mehaigne river, which is part of a protected nature reserve. “Charmes du Velupont” is a real heaven of peace with a stunning view on this silent valley.

You are staying in a new apartment on the first floor of our house. The front door (little used by us) and the hall are communal. The apartment has two bedrooms each with one double bed (160cm), a living space with built-in kitchen, bathroom with shower in bath and separate toilet. A baby bed, high baby chair, 1 trip stair chair and a changing table are available. Our washing machine and dryer are available after consultation.

You will love this characterful house which has been completely renovated from an old stable. Everything is arranged to ensure you have a pleasant and relaxing time in our house. You can go hiking and cycling in the beautiful countryside of the Burdinale & Mehaigne Nature Park, near the city of Huy.
