Petite maison avec vue panoramique située sur les hauteurs de Crestet, un village médiéval au cœur de la Provence. Bienvenue à la casa ! Découvrez cette petite maison, très lumineuse, climatisée et calme. Ce trois pièces pour 2 à 3 personnes comprend deux chambres,une salle à manger/salon, de nombreux rangements, une cuisine ouverte, une salle de bain avec baignoire, une terrasse de 40 m2 avec vue sur une oliveraie. Parfait pour se reposer ou préparer des randonnée pedestre ou cycliste !

House, without exterior, in the village of Seguret. This is a house that was renovated in 2023 and offers excellent amenities. It consists of a large living room/living room with kitchen, upstairs 2 bedrooms with 2 en-suite bathrooms. This house is next door to our own house. You can use our swimming pool during the summer period from 1 June to 31 October: Mon–Fri, 9:00–11:00 and 14:00–17:00. The WE and holidays according to our availability. The pool is a 2min walk away.

Der Weitblick von der Terrasse auf den Mont Ventoux und die ausserordentlich schöne Landschaft lässt das Herz höher schlagen! Die Gegend ist besonders beliebt bei Radfahrern und Wanderern. Das Dorf liegt unweit von Vaison-la-Romaine. In der Umgebung gibt es viele schöne Wochenmärkte und gute Restaurants.

The swimming pool (open from 1 June to the end of September) is below the village, a 5-minute walk away, and offers a very beautiful view. The house is self-contained, but it can also be rented with a neighbouring house with 4 additional beds.
