Just a short drive from Dubrovnik, this family-friendly spot invites guests to unwind in the heated pool under the stars or wake up to coffee on the terrace—a truly ideal oasis. River house is two bedroom and two bathroom hacienda with a pool, located in Mlini 10 min from Dubrovnik and near the see and beautiful beaches. The home is located in the small fishing village of Mlini. The ancient village offers up a pristine environment with stunning beaches, as well as a rich historical and cultural heritage. Opustite se sa svojom obitelji u ovom ugodnom smještaju, koji se nalazi na samom moru. Prvi red do mora pruža jedinstven osjećaj odmora i dodira s prirodom. Raskoš mirisa , zvukova i boja kakav samo jedan otok može imati . Kuća je nova , izgradnja 2024.g. Uređena u ugodnom stilu mediterana i bogato opremljena . Pogled na more pruža se iz svake spavaće sobe . Udaljenost do trgovine i restorana je 300 m . Otok je dobro povezan trajektnim linijama iz Zadra i Biograda na moru, svakih sat vremena.

Remote holiday home directly by the sea!

Charming house right by the beach, only 10 m from the sea! You have a big own sun deck where you can moor your boat and with that a stunning south-facing view. The house is an Eco-house with solar cells for electricity and a water tank, but with all modern facilities, hotel standard with warm water and with Wi-Fi. Bedroom for 2, kitchen/living room with sofa bed and bathroom. Several large terraces, one of 40 sq. with a roof and a large, walled grill/ fireplace. Absolutely private location!
