This peaceful place offers a relaxing stay. In an old village, surrounded by nature, the place is extremely quiet. 10 minutes from all amenities, close to charming villages such as Mirmande and Marsanne. 10 minutes from Montélimar, 5 minutes from the exit of A7 Montélimar Nord and 45 minutes from the Gorges de l 'Ardèche. You will have access to an independent bedroom, with shower room and toilet. Upstairs (access from outside) a living room, sofa bed, kitchen + a second bedroom. Pool 7x4, not overlooked.

The outdoor area features a spacious garden with manicured grass and seating arrangements. A palm tree is positioned near the house, complemented by a shaded patio with white drapery. Large glass doors and windows provide a view of the home’s interior while allowing natural light to enter.
