The Loft by Autrement Pet-friendly enclosed garden

The Loft is a detached house with a garden and closed and private parking. The single-story living (with only one step down to the bedroom) allows you to live on the ground floor in front of the garden. A second bedroom equipped with a 90 bed in the attic, lit by a skylight, can accommodate one person. The kitchen is equipped. Beds are made upon arrival and towels are provided. Welcome to our home! "L'Etage" is a large studio classified as "Furnished for Tourism" located at the entrance to the Quiberon Peninsula, close to beaches, surf spots, kite spots and sites of interest (Megaliths, Ria, Côte Sauvage, Grand Site Dunaire, GR34...). We designed it with great care for our returns from abroad where we live. You will enjoy its pleasant and relaxing atmosphere! BED LINEN AND TOWELS NOT INCLUDED/ON REQUEST (€20 surcharge)

Comfortable apartment, 6 kilometers from the sea

Charming apartment, all comforts, located on the upper floor of our house. It is very functional with equipped kitchen, private bathroom, independent entrance. We provide bed and bath linens. "Pinta" Australian Shepherd is free to roam the property. We're on the way to the beaches, so no more traffic in the summer. Ideally located 10 minutes from the sea. Close to Carnac, Erdeven, Quiberon, Auray, Vannes, Lorient and the Gulf of Morbihan.

New apartment built in 2021, adjoining our main residence, it has a separate entrance and parking. Access to the apartment via an independent external staircase. Three-room apartment, with living room (two-seater sofa bed)/open and equipped kitchen, bedroom with bed (160 x 200) and bathroom. It is located in a quiet area, close to hiking trails and forest, 3 km from the beaches and not far from major cities (Auray, Vannes, Lorient...).

Ty surf and chill Plouharnel

Havre de Paix proche des plages Maison familiale, atypique, et chaleureuse idéalement située dans un hameau calme et verdoyant à proximité des vagues de surf de la plage de Sainte Barbe, des chemins de randonnée et des pistes cyclables. Notre maison est notre résidence principale. C'est une maison originale que nous venons de rénover avec amour. Centre du village: 2.5 km. Plages de Sainte Barbe ou Kerhilio (10-15 minutes en vélo).

Studio, one room, new and modern, in the heart of a small village surrounded by megaliths, a few minutes' walk from the forest and hiking and a few minutes' drive (5 min) by bike (rental available in Kerhilio) from the beaches. Quiet and relaxing, you can also practice your favorite sports! Surfing, kitesurfing, boards, sea kayaks, wing foil, just minutes away! Long coast, paddle, swim, walk by the sea, bike and so on!

La Cale aux Pirates - Plouharnel Carnac Quiberon

La Cale aux Pirates is a small stone barn just renovated. It offers an ideal setting to discover South Brittany. Close to Quiberon, Carnac or the Gulf of Morbihan, you will have the opportunity to enjoy all the pleasures of this pretty corner of paradise: beaches, surfing, kitesurfing, fishing on foot, megaliths... Whether on the land side or on the sea side, you will have easy access to the must-sees of Morbihan!

Take off thanks to this cozy studio ideally located 900 meters from Sainte-Barbe Beach. Discover this charming little village of Morbihan, very rejuvenating between land and sea, allowing you to enjoy multiple activities (hiking, cycling, horseback riding, water sports) throughout the year. Thanks to its south-facing exposure, enjoy a soothing view of the sea horizon, a real invitation to escape and relax.
