El fraccionamiento es muy tranquilo y seguro, con supermercados a 2kms de distancia y un oxxo a 600metros del alojamiento.

The cluster has CCTV The atmosphere in the place is quiet and family-friendly, so the house is for FAMILY use or for WORK reasons. NO PARTIES or EVENTS on site. The pool is exclusively for swimming, NO PARTIES, OR ALCOHOL CONSUMPTION IN COMMON AREAS.

This modern/luxurious apartment is located in a private cluster 5 minutes from the airport, 8 minutes from Imbursa Water Park and Plaza Nuevo Veracruz. 15 minutes from the main beaches and hotel zone, as well as the Veracruz pier. You can use the pool (closed on Tuesdays for maintenance) and there is parking, a washing machine, Wi-Fi, air conditioning in its 2 bedrooms, a kitchen and hot water.
