Located on an established street with families. Very safe area. Afternoon walks are welcomed. Two other apartments occupied the home as well, the yellow door is just underneath. The pergola has propane firepit & charcoal grill for outdoor dining. Look from the living room windows & you'll see horses grazing!

The studio is located a mile from Newbern, along a main hwy 10 miles south of Greensboro, 20 east of Demopolis and 50 miles south of Tuscaloosa. The studio has brick floors and the interior wood walls and beams are from reclaimed barn wood. We want our guests to relax with a good cup of coffee, a great night's sleep and time to enjoy an Alabama sunset from the front porch chairs!

The Ranch House

The Ranch House has three bedrooms and two baths and sits in a 30 acre hay field. It has plenty of porches, both covered and screened, and has a gas grill. It has all the comforts of home, such as a utility room with washer and dryer, and a full kitchen with plenty of cookware. There is a 65 inch Roku TV in the living room and smaller ones in each bedroom. The game room has a poker table and plenty of board games. There is also an office area.
