The apartment is as advertised in the pictures. Very tidy, clean. Very well equipped with kitchen utensils and with cozy details. Jacqueline was very friendly and all the time paying attention to the messages. I highly recommend it. Thank you.

We were at the end of the year and we heard a lot of fireworks was very magical everything at least for us who were not used to that, the stay was excellent is very private and safe everything. It also has air conditioning that works very well, a very comfortable armchair, a wide table, comfortable chairs and on top of that the condominium has a pool and gym. Concierge is very attentive and kind, we felt very safe.

Great place, 100% recommended. Parqueadero roofed and insurance inside the house. The area is very quiet and safe, you have restaurants and supermarkets nearby.

For reasons beyond my will, I was not able to stay in the place, since the airline changed my flight, however Dennis wrote me through the app and by phone to tell me that the accommodation was ready to be inhabited, unfortunately due to the stress of the moment with the airline, I saw the messages very late and proceeded to warn that I would no longer arrive.

Yuri place was awesome a lot of good food places around and supermarket she was very responsive and amazing I would recommend 100% thank you 🙏

The apartment is spacious, super cool and equipped with everything you need. The condo is very beautiful and the view you have of the apartment is very relaxing. Sebastian was attentive all the time and always gave us clear directions. I went with 2 pets and has areas for a walk. I would definitely come back.

The place is very cozy, exactly as shown in the pictures. The apartment is spacious and pleasant, providing a comfortable stay. In addition, the residential complex is excellent, with a lovely pool and terrace. The pool is very comfortable and offers a spectacular view. The building also has shops nearby which makes it even more convenient. Recommended!!

The apartment is close to the commercial area of Cúcuta and at the same time is located in a very quiet, private neighborhood with friendly people at the same time!

This is a great place to stay in Cúcuta. It has hot water and filtered water from the fridge which is awesome and uncommon in the city. I would recommend :)

Please was clean, accommodated my family well. My only suggestion would be softer mattress and air condition in the living room and third bedroom. Also I would suggest extra blankets in the closet. I realize for cultural reason because the climate here in Colombia it is always hot, it may be unusual for blankets. I am from Canada and the with the air conditioning I do like a blanket. Everything was clean, safe, easy access. I would come back again just softer mattress or a topper on the mattress. Otherwise it’s a wonderful place to stay. Host is also very kind and responsive to requests and support for anything in the apartment. I would come back to stay again for sure!

The building is private has a very friendly staff, has a winged supermarket and a pharmacy in front. The apartment is nice and has enough things to have a good place to stay. Thank you Ana.

There were some dirty things when we arrived but the host took care of it. Its a great location and place for the money. Its quiet and homey. The stairs leading up to the apartment is VERY steep so if you dont like stairs, I wouldn't recommend. Otherwise, great place!
