We had a lot of fun staying at this beautiful home. Jorge was very quick to provide us with the answers to the many questions we sent him. I would like to emphasize his great generosity and the different attentions he had for us during our stay. We were in good hands. Thanks again for everything.

Daniela was from the beginning very responsive and attentive. Helped us with check in through video call as we arrived later than expected. The room and surrounding space is exactly like the photos, truly cozy and beautiful. We enjoyed the pool and the outdoor space a lot. At night you could see the stars. Carrazeda town and Tua are about 20mins drive where you have restaurants and supermarket. I would say that you need a car to stay here. We really enjoyed our stay. Daniela’s friendliness and sweetness is a huge plus! Thank you!

The home is beautiful and so cozy. It had everything we needed - space for the 3 of us to spread out and recharge in the middle of our vacation. The weather was cool and rainy while we were there so we didn't get to enjoy the outside as much but made dinner one evening and enjoyed the cozy fireplace. The hostess who checked us in was very responsive and super kind even giving us firewood up at the restaurant (which you should definitely plan to visit during your stay). The roads to the home are an adventure. We chose this location as it is between Porto and the heart of the Douro valley which allowed us to both get into the city to watch our son play soccer one evening and also allowed us to visit wineries another day.

The house in Medas is a small private paradise in the middle of nature. a wonderful stylish retreat for all who appreciate peace and nature. Marisa is the perfect host to help you enjoy your holidays to the fullest. I can recommend the house unconditionally - we look forward to coming back soon.

The listing is beautiful and peaceful. Host was very collaborative and responsive. We used jacuzzi, the gas griller and the bikes freely. Overall, it was an amazing stay. My only suggestion for improvement would be to ensure the floor of the room is even.

Charming one bedroom cottage nestled up along the Douro river. Quite remote, so a car is recommended. Suite Casa Mateus provided us with the peace and tranquility we needed. Breathtaking surroundings to enjoy. It is directly beside the Aregos train station , and a water taxi stand which allowed for alternate means of transportation. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Jeff's place is something you rarely find on Airbnb, it is a really beautiful property located in a protected, surrounded by nature and a river, silent valley. It is fully furnished, equipped with everything you may need or expect, perfectly cleaned, and very spacious. The kitchens (both in the main house and in the pool house) are basically professionals ones, with bbqs, smokers, all existing (high quality) kitchen utensils. Absolutely everything. The warm pool is stunning too and we used it in November! Before leaving after our 4 days we were looking at each other eyes, still surprised by the beauty and quality of the place.
