Penguins Nest Beach House - short walk to beach

This cozy classic 1950's beach cottage has been tastefully renovated, and has a nice deck overlooking the back garden. It has one bathroom, modern kitchen, polished timber floors, fridge, dishwasher, heater and microwave. It also has a washing machine, dryer and two TV's. The back garden has palm trees, a hammock for lazy afternoons, and a lovely deck for relaxing. The back gate takes you down a laneway, and onto the beach in just a few minutes.

My little guesthouse has been listed on Airbnb for 8 years now. It’s conveniently located within walking distance to shops/cafes/restaurants. Minutes to the beach. It boasts its own hot tub exclusively for guest use. I charge no cleaning fees which means my guests save big dollars. Other features include fire pit, outdoor kitchen, Nespresso coffee machine & Wifi. The yard is fully fenced and the property is per friendly.
