The location is ideal for spending your holiday by the sea, being located right on the seashore near the beach in the North Escarpment district of Constanța - the Dolphinarium area located right at the entrance to the Mamaia resort. During the summer period, this neighborhood becomes a tourist area of interest due to its excellent position with easy access to all the objectives of the season, right next to the landscaped beaches, bars, terraces and restaurants (the famous Reyna restaurant is right in front of the apartment).

The sofa in the living room is 3 meters long, spacious and suitable for sleeping, the TV has a generous diagonal, and the kitchen is designed to help guests with the dishwasher, washing machine and refrigerator.
