The unit was great and as advertised! It had everything you would need for a trip to Farmville and was spotless upon arrival. Angela was proactive with her communication and was easy to reach whenever I needed anything. Highly recommend!

This was such an incredible stay. We loved the farm and so did our dogs. They spent a long weekend off leash romping around with Luke’s very sweet dog and admiring his stunning Percheron and thoroughbred. My husband and I agreed, petting horses is good for the soul. His log cabin was disassembled, re located, and re built by him. He’s adorned it with a selection of antiques and reclaimed pieces that are truly enchanting and create such a fabulously unique atmosphere that was truly one of a kind. Prior to our stay I had read the reviews mentioning he had antiques and asked about local stores. Not only did he make recommendations, he stopped in 3 locations and got cards for us from each and let them know we may stop by prior to our arrival. We are already looking at dates for our next stay. This place is truly a slice of heaven on earth and an ode to unique and wonderful things that have existed in the world long before we existed and a display of creativity and craftsmanship. We had a great stay at the cabin. It was very peaceful beside the river and you can see so many stars at night, especially from the hot tub. The front porch and hot tub both face the sunset so that was beautiful to experience for a few nights. The weather got a little crazy with wind and rain, so we had to leave a day early because of a power outage. Brian was very responsive and helpful in taking care of our needs and even got someone out to remove some trees that had fallen across the long driveway. Brian is a great host and we would highly recommend staying here.

Cannot say enough good things about the Lake house! Everything was perfect! So peaceful and beautiful. Can’t wait to come back!

The cabin was perfect for a solo writing retreat. It was very comfy, and regular walks to the High Bridge Trail helped keep up the inspiration. Wilmer's path that lead to the trail was clutch, as I didn't have to leave the property to access miles and miles of walking (or biking, if there had been no snow).

We had a fantastic stay at John and Ericka’s Airbnb! They were excellent hosts—super responsive and easy to communicate with. The house was perfect for our work trip—clean, spacious, and beautifully maintained. Everything was as described, and the attention to detail made the stay even more enjoyable. Highly recommend this place to anyone visiting the area!

This place is dreamy, perfect for our quiet little getaway weekend. The horses and cows are fantastic, and the land is beautiful. We had everything we needed, and Dale is great!

really enjoyed this place, nice getaway and relax and disconnect. Was raining hard and night when we go there and was driving a two wheel drive vehicle and got stuck. the staff was super helpful and just pulled me out with a tractor in the morning. they are very responsive and very nice. this was a super pleasant stay even with the vehicle getting stuck.
