A lot of little touches that makes it convenient. The hosts have thought things out carefully. Plenty of beds which is what we needed and we played a lot of ping pong. Spotless and very nice linens. Right on 151st so a lot of things very conveniently located

Cozy cottage getaway in garden paradise

Cole’s place is truly a cozy cottage getaway. My wife and I wanted a night away from the kids, to ourselves, to relax and unwind. The property is so peaceful and the cottage is far away from the main house. We stayed in the winter but the placement of bird houses around the cottage brought a bit of songbird ambiance to the morning. Everything was squeaky clean and the place well thought out. The close proximity to Lawrence meant lots of restaurants, coffee houses, bookstores, etc to visit. We went into Eudora also and really enjoyed the coffee house there. We hope to visit again in the summer.

Johnny was very clear with all instructions and expectations of my stay. He responded promptly and was easy to reach when needed. The home was very clean and welcoming with enough space for my whole group to enjoy. Would recommend!

The house was great. It was as advertised, as well as a quiet, relaxing, and comfortable place. All the guest that went loved it and joked about wanting to move in. It felt like home. The place was beautiful. The price per night is totally acceptable. Is very good deal actually. The only thing I don't like is that they charge $140 for a cleaning fee that before you pay, is called a deposit. But after you pay, it shows up on the receipt as a cleaning fee. So you dont get that back...unfair. other than that, the place is great, flexibility on check in but youll run into "that was expensive" thoughts and wish you got a hotel considering the price. But the men who own islt are nice and the place is great. But i left zero mess and wish i could have gotten my "deposit" back.
