"El Ciabotìn", typical mountain house

Recently renovated, located in two floors. On the ground floor there is an equipped kitchen, TV, pellet stove, sofa bed (one and a half comfortable bed), bathroom with shower. On the first floor you can access it by an internal spiral staircase or by an external stone staircase. Here is the bedroom with panoramic balcony. Near the entrance there is a private space with stone table. A parking space in the courtyard, small closed garage for bicycles or motorcycles, free public parking a few meters away.

Romantic old house in Govone, Roero

The house built in 1943 has a splendid view of the Roero hills, with vineyards on one side and the Govone Castle on the other. The house was my family's country house and has been totally preserved with the exception of the two bathrooms and the kitchen which were completely renovated in 2016. In 2022 important works aimed at saving energy were carried out: insulation on the external walls, replacement of windows and shutters, solar panels and heat pump.

Eleonora's house is tastefully furnished and ideal for accommodating families (a baby cot and a changing table can be added on request). It is spread over two floors and has a large, open-plan kitchen that guests can use. It has a large terrace, a garden and a lawn where a swimming pool is placed in summer. You can easily park your car. It is in a very quiet and sunny area, but convenient to services.
