Villa Caravaggio is nestled between the beautiful scenic country side of Campofilone and the endless beaches of the Adriatic cost. The Villa is surrounded by old olive trees, vineyards and pristine farm land. Villa Caravaggio is only 3 km away from numerous beaches, idyllic towns, restaurants and promenades.

Located in the hills of Montecosaro in a quiet and private location, this accommodation enjoys a wonderful sea view and a beautiful view of the Conero. Renovated in 2024 with selected materials and attention to detail, the house maintains the warm and welcoming atmosphere of the country farmhouse. You can stay away from the hustle and bustle of the city while still having the sea and the cheerful city of Civitanova at your fingertips. A Jacuzzi is available for the two accommodations.

La biancheria non è inclusa nel prezzo. E' al costo di € 15 per persona per soggiorno. In alternativa, gli ospiti possono provvedere personalmente portando la propria biancheria.

Newly renovated, the house is made unique by the presence of an exclusive outdoor space and the location just a few steps from the sea and very close to the shops and services of the town. The nearest neighbor is 200m away, so with the exception of the occasional friendly farmer on his tractor, you are able to enjoy the blissful peacefulness of country living.

Ideal for couples or families looking for relaxation, our house is immersed in a silence of yesteryear. You are a 10-minute drive from Macerata and half an hour from the beaches. The space will be at your exclusive disposal. We have a Home Theater with HiFi system. A wood-burning oven is available upon request.
