Holiday rentals in Curbridge

We had an amazing time at the lodge. The jacuzzi is large; the house is absolutely pristine and extremely well equipped including plenty of crockery and an air fryer; there is a large TV for cosy evenings and a dishwasher. EV charger is free (needs plug adapter) and meant we traveled fuel free the whole holiday. The site itself is well spaced and quiet but also has a useful shop for hot rolls in the morning. The beach is stunning and only 15 minutes walk away. Welcome pack including milk and Prosecco (the two essentials 😅) provided. Would highly recommend this property!

Had an amazing stay at Nicola’s place. The apartment was spotless, stylish, and had everything we needed. Nicola was a fantastic host, super responsive and genuinely helpful. The location was ideal, just a short stroll to the beach and surrounded by great local food spots. Thoughtful touches and a warm welcome made us feel right at home. Would absolutely stay again!

We stayed at Carl’s place for the night to attend a party. It was perfect for what we needed for a short stay. Beautifully clean and quiet. A short walk from the beautiful beaches and not far from the shops. The kitchen is fully equipped if you want to cook. You will need to bring your own oil and condiments as well as soap but everything else was provided. Carl was very kind and asked what milk we preferred so there was some in the fridge when we arrived. The only downside is the sofa bed, I don’t think an adult could sleep on it for more than one night as it’s incredibly uncomfortable- as sofa beds can be unfortunately. Other than that it was all great.

Lynn was a fabulous host! Her communication was amazing and she was very helpful! The lodge was peaceful and warm and had everything we needed. Many thanks for a lovely stay ❤️

We really enjoyed staying at David’s cottage for the week over the Christmas break with our newborn baby and dog whilst we visited friends and family in the local area. The size and space of the house was the perfect set up for us. The house was in a great location with local access to a great selection of shops, pubs, restaurants and bars and a really short drive to the beach and Poole town centre. There is a railway line bridge very close to the house but the noise didn’t bother us at all during our stay. For any questions we had for David he always provided a fast and friendly response.

I had a fantastic stay at Helen’s Airbnb! The place was spotless, incredibly comfortable, and in a perfect location—close to everything I needed. Helen was a wonderful host, very responsive and welcoming, which made the experience even better. Highly recommend and would definitely stay again!

The Lawn is a beautiful old country home with spectacular gardens and the River Test running through. The house is very spacious, all the rooms are large and there are plenty of bathrooms. Kitchen is well equipped and central to the house which makes hanging out as a group easy. Lord Denning’s library is very impressive, and it’s fun to be able to see the historic artifacts of his life, career and friends throughout the downstairs. There are a couple of restaurant/pubs within walking distance, and the excellent Watership Down Inn is about 2km away, easy drive. Whitchuch station is very close to town too, with trains from Clapham Junction hourly. Lots of walking trails in the immediate area, and the garden itself is very tranquil, with lots of areas to sit or hang out/picnic by the River Test and watch the fish, ducks, other birds and otter(!). Perfect for a large party reunion.

Julie was extremely helpful and communicative, giving us both the privacy we required but also available for anything we needed. She seemed genuinely invested in us having the best break possible. Beautiful little touches around the house and perfect size/facilities for our family. A very short distance to a great beach with lots to do around that area, but also on easy routes to travel around the island. Thank you both very much. We hope to come back, but next time for longer!
