Renovated, off-grid and open plan, this converted barn consists of a modern bathroom and fully equipped kitchen. The bedroom is situated on the mezzanine level with a comfortable king-sized bed. Below that is a versatile second living area with a day bed that can be turned into a double bed for extra guests. The main living area opens on to a verandah with stunning views of UKI's mountains and valleys.

Downstairs features a second bathroom / laundry, fire place, lounge, study, sofa bed & self inflating bed (linen not included), dining & fully equipped kitchen before walking onto a large deck. Step out of the front door and into the National Park, with Purlingbrook Falls and walking track 50m away.
