Come to us for the magic of our wooden cottage. Fully equipped wooden cottage in a beautiful, quiet location 20 minutes from Adršpachsko - Teplice rocks. An ideal choice for those looking for a combination of comfort and nature – to relax, work remotely, or just relax outside the city. Drinking water is closed from November to April. It is secured with a canister of drinking water (10 l), but please note that it is not possible to use the shower. The flushing toilet is replaced with a chemical toilet (inside the cottage) for this period.

A cozy studio apartment (19m2), located in a tenement house from the turn of the 19th and 20th centuries, in the center of Sokołowska. Fully equipped kitchen: dishwasher, fridge, induction hob, kettle, as well as various types of kitchenware. The place is designed for short-term stays for couples. There is also an air mattress (equipped) for 3 people. We are locals, we will be happy to provide tips about the region :) We speak English.

In the Summer months, guests may rent the trailer home which is fully fitted with kitchen, living room, dining room, two bedrooms, bathroom with shower and sink, and a separate WC with sink. The trailer fits 6 guests: one bedroom has a double bed, in the other are two single beds, and in the living room is a fold-able sofa for two guests. There is no heating in the mobile. Overall dimensions: 3,70m wide by 11m long.

The offer is a 45m2 apartament with high ceilings, big windows and full concrete floor heating. The living room includes a comfy sofa, dining area, and wide kitchen, furnished with vintage wooden pieces and numerous plants. There is a separate bedroom with a double bed (160x200cm) and an extra mattress (140x200cm) up on the mezzanine in the living room. Spacious bathroom includes a bath.
