WoodLake is a cottage on Lake Rożnowski with an area of 80m2 with a terrace of 30m2, located in a unique place above the dam. This place is surrounded by forests and a lake. -> Minimum rental for 2 nights/3 nights On the ground floor there is a living room with a fireplace and an exit to the terrace, from which there is a view of the forest, kitchen and bathroom. One-level apartment (100 m2) located in a wooden house at an altitude of 1050 above sea level!!! The entrance is separate. The apartment has a large terrace, we provide deckchairs. The view of the mountains "enters" the living room:) You can park your car on the property. The sauna and fireplace are free ,the 2x jacuzzi ( wood hot tub) paid extra. You can reach Gubałówka on foot(1 hour) and go by ropeway to Krupówki (4 minutes). Surroundings: hiking and cycling routes, ski slops!

A luxurious chalet with a beautiful view of the Tatra Mountains panorama for 4 or 6 people located on Salamandra (Kościelisko). - two lockable bedrooms with double beds, - two bathrooms with a shower (one additionally with a bathtub), - a living room with a sofa bed for 2 people with a terrace, - a kitchenette with a coffee machine, induction, fridge, dishwasher, dishes. There is a free self-service electric sauna outside. Each chalet has two free parking spaces assigned.

"Dominikówka" Cottage

If you live in the city and want to relax in a quiet, peaceful, picturesque place in the atmosphere of a blissful, rural idyll, the cottage "Dominikówka" is the perfect place for you. Every person living in the countryside and dreaming of a moment of rest will also find their corner here. Outside, you can barbecue, have a bonfire, relax on the spacious terrace and veranda. There is a sauna (PLN 30 per use) and a hot tub (PLN 300 per weekend, Mon-Thu PLN 100 per day).

Dom Wędrowca pod Lipą is one of the first brick houses in Lipnica. Bright, spacious and cozy – with large bedrooms, a kitchen, a dining room and a tiled stove. The windows overlook the meadows and hills. With fast Wi-Fi, it's the perfect place to work remotely. The house is located in the Island Beskids – a perfect region for hiking and cycling trips. In summer, it is worth visiting Lake Rożnowskie, and in winter, take advantage of the ski slope in Laskowa.

A cottage with a spacious living room overlooking the Tatra Mountains. It has two separate bedrooms, two bathrooms, a large living room with a dining area and a fully equipped kitchenette with an oven. There is also a terrace with garden furniture and a barbecue. Each house has two parking spaces. The cottages are allocated randomly by the system: No. 157/157c/157 d - it is not possible to assign a cottage. We also offer a paid Jacuzzi.

Wierzbowa Przystań is a charming wooden summer cottage, located close to the water and the beach. Inside the cottage there is an open living room, kitchen, separate bedroom on the ground floor, bathroom and bedroom on the mezzanine. The cottages are modern and fully equipped with all necessary appliances. The sauna and Jacuzzi are located in a separate wooden building next to the cottages (extra fee). You can swim, walk, and fish with us.
