Beachfront holiday rentals in Da Nang

A group of 6 adults + 1 child enjoyed this place throughout our stay there for 4 nights. Its very spacious for the number of pax we have. Dinning table was large enough to accommodate all of us. We have 2 birthdays celebrations this trip and the host was kind and thoughtful enough to decorate the dining area and gave us 2 surprises for each of us. Thank you host for the hospitality! Airport transfer was provided and as we have 3 different groups arriving on the same day at different timings, checking in was a breeze for all 3 groups. House is clean and we appreciate the daily housekeeping and laundry services. Amenities was great as the house has both swimming pool and pool table! The only child in this trip was thoroughly entertained wiyh the pool table that she hardly watch any TV! Its a stone throw to the beach and seafood restaurants yet at a quieter corner of the street. There is a minimart down a street, good massage parlor across and a few coffee place around.

We had an amazing stay in this apartment, which was exactly as described and shown in the photos. The location is perfect—just a 2-minute walk from the beach, with everything you need right downstairs: restaurants, massage places, laundry services, mini-markets open 24/7, coffee shops… ! The balcony view is completely open, with no vis-à-vis, offering a breathtaking and relaxing panorama. And Daisy and Sunny were absolutely wonderful—proactive, kind, available, and very flexible. A huge thank you to them for their hospitality! We 100% recommend this place to anyone looking for a stress-free and top-notch stay!

We spent a month in Da Nang and the place felt like home :)

Apartment is small, but very nice. Huge window with a lot of daylights. Not far from apartment is night market, but there is no noise inside apartment. Ngoc is very nice and will help you if you need it.

We really enjoyed staying at Thanhs apartment. It was a nice area, close to the beach and everything you need around. You sometimes hear Karaoke and people playing soccer down in the soccer fields but when that happened we used earplugs. We feel like you can’t flee from Karaoke in Danang haha Thanh is a very friendly host, easy to talk to, quick in replies amd very helpful!

Phuong has been an amazing host. From picking us up till dropping us back to the airport, he has been supportive and available. We required a birthday decoration and Phuong and his wife decorated the place themselves and also got the cake. He helped us with all our travel requests and even helped us exchange currencies. Thank you for being such a wonderful host. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay thanks to you.

Everything was perfect. See is in 10 minutes by walk, great grocery shop ("Full market") in 5 minutes, small park just in front of building. Personal was friendly and tried to help with everything. Drinking water and sine snacks were available on reception. I would like to return to this place in future.

If in Da Nang, better stay at Yen's place. You will feel right at home. The place is extremely clean and has a pleasant scent when you walk in. The furniture is very comfortable, especially the bed and comforter. Yen was very accommodating and communcative. I locked myself out of the room one night at she was extremely responsive and helpful at 6am! Wouod definitely book here again.

First off Thanh hospitality alone made the stay worth the value . The place is amazing clean . Right next tot he beach but private and quite at the same time ! All I have to say is I am amazed at the service Thanh provide and the condo was so room me and the family had a very comfortable stay !!

Nguyen was the sweetest host ever! She was always proactive and replied very quick to me even within the late hours. The apartment is very cosy and she had all the necessities needed. It’s the perfect place if you’re looking for somewhere to stay with a small group of 4 people.

I have to say this was my favorite Airbnb in Da Nang! I love the view next to the kitchen and also a nice seating area! I do wish you provided an iron but everything else is perfect 👌🏻 thank you!! I will be back..Highly recommend!!

Calm neighborhood, few mins from beach and spotless accommodations

This was a nice, and spacious place. I’m a great location, right across from the beach and close to restaurants.

Our stay at Thanh's Airbnb was a very good experience. The house was clean and the host was very helpful and supportive. As we had arrived very early than our check-in time, host allowed us to accommodate the luggage in the apartment and they themselves transferred our luggage to the apartment. Our 2 days stay was very good. The view from apartment was wonderful. Beach view and easy access to the beach made is an amazing stay. Would definitely recommend it.

This apartment is new or recently remodeled--appliances and fixtures still have manufacturers' tags on them. Location is great--just three blocks from the beach and near some good restaurants. Not in the center of town, but cabs here are cheap and easy to find. Host Duy was helpful and easy to get along with.

From the location to the host's response, the accommodation is worth the price, but there is some noise from outside the building, and the location of the room has been changed from the 16th floor to the fourth floor, so the view in the photo is not crazy.

My stay here has been perfect. big room with a big bed and medium couch. has ac and a floor fan, a big fridge and a full kitchen even a clothe washing machine. The dining table is cute, the desk is awesome! Windows are big and fill the room with light. If you want to keep the light out there are blackout curtains. The host and her husband can help with anything you may need. They helped me get a bicycle and scooter and even brought me food to eat. And of course you cant beat the location! Its right across the street from the beach and close to monkey mountain!

This place was a perfect definition of luxury studio. Everything was very well cleaned and prepared for us. The staffs are also very accommodating and super friendly. The kitchen was our favorite because it is fully equipped with everything you could possibly need!! ☺️☺️ 10/10 recommendation for this place. We really enjoyed our stay here and will definitely be coming back again.

Nice apartment very close to the beach and restaurants

The apartment is small but I felt comfortable during my stay. The area is quite busy with a large local open market across the street. Next door and close by there are other minimarkets so shopping for groceries is quite convenient. The beach area is a short 10 minute walk. Carol is a great host; always proactive and responsive to make sure you are taken care of. Overall I had a nice experience and would recommend.
