Dahlia is an amazing host. She was so helpful from before we even arrived and was able to accommodate us arriving early. This trip was a special birthday celebration for my mom visiting from the states. She helped arrange everything in advance including getting a gluten free Egypt themed cake for my mother’s birthday. The home is beautiful and the views from every angle are breathtaking. Mountains and sea views from every angle. The rooftop was especially perfect and our family spent a lot of time up there. Dahlia provided Charcoal for the grill and we made great memories having BBQ while overlooking the Red Sea and Sinai Mountains. The Red Sea is about 10 steps from the home and made it easy to have the most relaxing beach vacation without hassle. Some mornings we’d wake up and just go put our feet in the Red Sea water before breakfast.

Kareem is a fantastic host. He was extremely responsive and helpful to any requests and was kindly flexible on checkout. Kareem helped with arranging a taxi to and from Sharm el sheik airport. I would highly recommend this as his rate was extremely competitive compared to what I could see for pre booking online and it made check in and out really smooth. I was also met at the apartment and shown around by Kareem’s associate Moe which I really appreciated. For me the neighbourhood was perfect- an authentic experience living among locals, who were lovely and friendly, whilst being a short and beautiful walk along the beach to the centre of Dahab. The apartment was absolutely pristine and the pictures are accurate. Big pluses for me were the balcony, large comfy bed and the excellent WiFi. Thank you Kareem, for being such a kind and outstanding host.

Excellent accommodation in Dahab right on the beach in Assla. Walkable distance to market and restaurants and close to the new hotel NEOM where they serve tasty breakfast at reasonable prices. The host Yossery is friendly and responsive ( he lives in the downstairs apartment). The only drawback is that sunrise is obstructed from viewing by next door house but you still can enjoy almost panoramic view of the sea.

The place is quite nice and even more spacious than it looks in pictures. It’s in a great, quiet location in Assala, making it perfect for a relaxing stay. The beach right in front of the apartment is beautiful and adds to the experience. Peno is a fantastic host—always available and attentive, ensuring all our requests were met. Highly recommended!

this place is paradise! Mohamed was super accommodating and flexible and was always able to help if we needed anything. it was so perfect we even booked an extra night. we will be back :)
